I find myself becoming increasingly discontent with life. I don't like putting it that way, for obvious reasons, but that is the simplest way to say what I feel. It's an unfortunate condition, but neither the activities that occupy my time nor their outcomes are meeting my expectations. Clearly, such attitude requires reflection and what I'm beginning to wonder is whether the activities and accomplishments themselves are at issue or if perhaps it's the expectations. Or maybe I just need a vacation. |

I've never owned a mac. I've never wanted to own a Mac. I may very likely never want to own a Mac. Why? Inflexibility and cost; the same reasons I wouldn't buy a Windows machine. But I've gone and done it ... I bought my first apple equipment last Thursday, an iPhone 3G. Sometimes I regret larger purchases such as this (as I did with the last "smart phone" I owned some 5 years ago; a Motorola POS), but this experience has been a joy! The web, my email, google maps, apps, games, youtube ... it's all here, in my pants, I mean pocket. :) |
